I have found though that if I have a baked potatoe the readings go out the top. Mashed potatoes and even fries don't seem to have this effect. For example, my readings are usually between 120 and 140 after dinner. If I have a baked potatoe even with just butter the reading is about 220. Weird! Have heard all my life that baked potatoes were better for you than fried for example.
