New Breakfast Idea if you like Oatmeal

Good Morning everyone,

I just tried something new for breakfast and wanted to share it with

you all. I always eat eggbeaters and oatmeal for breakfast and I

usually put Equal on my Oatmeal to sweeten it (I use only the Real Old

Fashioned Quaker Oats you have to cook). Today, instead of Equal,

I tried putting a tablespoon on Carnation Fat Free Cocoa Mix in it and

Mmmmmm, it was yummy and chocolately. That kind of cocoa mix has

25 cals, 4 g of carbs, and 2 g or protein per 2 Tablespoons, so

cut that in 1/2 and I only added 2 g of carbs to my oatmeal. It was

a nice change anyway. I also add it to my Chocolate Myoplex

Lite Shakes once in a while to make them more chocolately. (Can you

tell I like chocolate???). & Nic.... I can

make this for ya in Columbus.... (lol).

Just wanted to share that. If anyone else has ideas, I'd love

to hear some.
