Iso-Bow pump

Gentlemen, So far so good and thank you for your updates. One of the biggest challenges is showing a very hard pull on video...it just doesn't look like one is pulling hard. My 28-year old nephew has been pumping iron very seriously for the last 5 months and came to a gathering sporting an impressive set of biceps. I asked him if he would try the I-B in a slow motion "hard" pull and he agreed.Needless to say, his biceps "exploded" from the pump.He was surprised with the challenge, pump and the range of motion experienced while getting the pump.It was interesting to watch his biceps "pump-up" with so little time. The key is the "slow-motion" hard pull

rotation. Many times, one gets too involved with the "spinning" and not pulling hard enough to get that "Power Pump."To do so, means the user is missing out on a very rewarding aspect of the Iso-Bow.Furthermore, as stated previously, my compression on the Classic has increased 20 points. There are several You Tube videos now displaying different aspects of the routines. The Isometric pulls are there, but the Iso-Motion rules the day. Respectfully, Bullworker
