a moist towel in the microwave for a minute or so be careful about that

time varies can be awesome .... not sure what causes your pain but i can

usually

come up with something that settles it down a bit until meds work...sadly

rain and snow make most pain close to unbearable .. hope your pain eases soon

You said a mouth full! Good God,there's times I have my heating pad on to

high. Hoping that it would help? And it just burns my skin! LOL You know

what I mean. It's like I need more heat? But I don't want it on the

outside of my body! Well talk to you later honey.

I know exactly what you mean. It's been raining on and off here for

days now and my body is just screaming! My heating pad has become
