Tendenitous, Moderation and the 70% Rule

Moderation, Aristotle would say, is key. And I must confess that tendenitous

often follows after giving compressions my all, rather than the 70% of strength

recommended in instruction manuels. Regarding the Bullworker, " No pain, no gain "

is indeed a misnomer.

I think I often mutate this to no brain no gain.There is much to be said in

relation to using ones intelligence to access ones own individual situation.No

pain no gain is a pretty bad idea when it comes to exercise of all sorts.I tend

to think slogans should not be used as substitutes for thought.
