Guest guest
I converted Bert Muscledesign's Youtubes intp NTSC (US format) and compiled it into a DVD ISO. It works great on my TV. I'll put it up somewhere for download if anybody wants to download and burn it. What I need is a " quick and dirty " " home-brew " circuit training video of the seven basic Iso-K exercises. Call me simple, but some of those drawings in the Iso-K manual are hard to understand without a video. Namaste, TG
Guest guest
TG, that sounds great! I have an Iso-K Pro, and would love to download and burn your DVD. Watching Muscledesign's vids on youtube has been helpful, because you're right ... some of the drawings in the manual make it hard to know if you're doing things correctly; all the more so because the manual is in German, and I don't speak German. What a great idea, making a compilation of the video clips!I do have a 49-page PDF manual for the Isoworker Pocket model (the less expensive plastic version the fellow in England was selling a few years back - I bought one of those too). It's in English, and most of the drawings show the Pocket model, but towards the end in the Advanced Exercises section, the drawings show the Isokinator being used. I could upload it to the file section if anyone's interested.RonnTo: bullworkerclub Sent: Friday, October 7, 2011 6:23 AMSubject: Isokinator Youtube (NTSC) DVD ISO I converted Bert Muscledesign's Youtubes intp NTSC (US format) and compiled it into a DVD ISO. Guest guest
Please feel free to upload the Isokinator Pocket Manual PDF up to our files Section. I'll put the DVD ISO up on one of my sites, and post the link here. NB: I converted the video from the European PAL codec to the US NTSC codec so it would play on US DVD Players & TV sets. If you're English, European, or (maybe) Canadian you might need the PAL codec. My next project will be to SHAMELESSLY hack, edit, and remaster Bert's youtubes into a REAL proper Isokinator Circuit Training Video that one can mindlessly follow and get a proper work-out. I got the feeling from watching Bert's Youtubes that they were mainly for marketing and promotion rather than actual instruction and training. Thanks, TG > > TG, that sounds great! Guest guest
Awesome Ron! BTW do you have a FLIP or any kind of camcorder that will make Youtube type videos? Would you like to beciome a " STAR " ? Perhaps you could video yourself doing 10 reps each of each of the 7 Basic Isokinator Exercises? I would then edit your material and produce a A bisic Isokinator Circuit Training DVD. Also looking for other Isokinator owners who are willing to film themselves doing the 7 Basic Isokinator exercises. You recieve movie credits and bragging rights and be the envy of all your friends! This doesn't have to be fancy. Just accurate showing the proper form and posture for the exercises. All the best, TG > >> > >> TG, that sounds great!
