Hi Stevie,

Please e-mail me the number of the attorney that you

are suggesting. I would love to give him a call. I

NEED HELP AND THERE JUST SEEMS TO BE NONE! Our assets

seem to be all that they see, even though they are

separate entities. I don't receive Jim's assets, he

does not receive mine. It does not seem to matter that

they are separate entities and protected in Trust

annuities, as my Elder Care Attorney led me to

believe, all they see is that we are spouses and

connected. I hope your attorney can help me. Thanks,
