Went to the Dr and i'm STILL confused

Okay so i went to the Drs. and i must say i'm still a bit confused

as what is going to happen

Since my asst mgr (acting mgr right now) says that she can't

accomidate my working only 8hrs of my 12hr shifts, i will just have

to go back to my full-time 12hrs.

But of course my right arm is killing me (but we all know how

employers are, they could care less) so i will try to work a few

shifts and see how it goes, if i just can't do it i will file a work

comp claim on my arm.

In the meantime my meds are being adjusted and i'm going to try

Lyrica for the nerve pain.

My Dr. also happens to be friends with a work comp attorney

(probably the very last one in Calif) so i have made an appt to talk

with him about re-opening my old work comp case to include my arm

that was hurting and had nerve tests done BEFORE i closed my wc case.

So the worst that could happen is this attorney says No, he can't

take the case.
