If you give up all the things you enjoy you don't live longer - it

just seems like it !

All these studies can be read from any angle you like and interpreted

lots of different ways. Coffee is good this week and bad the next,

same as butter, red meat, whatever.

Moderation is the key I think and also listening to your own body.

I think we believe too much, too quickly and are very fond of jumping

on bandwagons. We ought to stick to tried and well tested things,

like Vitamin C, the feelgood effects of chillies, all the things that

have been around for a long time, and are proven time and time again

to be beneficial for all sorts of reasons.

Hey...please don't kill the messenger. I'm not giving up my coffee

either. I have some in the am and half a cup in the evening with my

wife, after the kids go to sleep. The INFO does swing this way and

than WAY over to the other side...every week or so. I could puke from

all the mis-info we get. Black or with cream?????
