Guest guest Posted April 26, 2011 Report Share Posted April 26, 2011 Ok, I was in Kmart and bought this DVD on a whim.... I really shouldn't do things like that! LOL I did the first section of this DVD that's Abs and Core Zone 1. You use a towel with this set and I actually liked it. It created good resistance and was a nice change. It wasn't too terribly hard, but gave me a little challenge. There are 2 more zones with this DVD: Upper Body and Buns & Thighs. I may try these two today after my Turbo Kick class if my girls' softball games are cancelled. It's supposed to rain, so I'm guessing they will not have games. I hope the other workouts are a bit more challanging. I also bought Jillian s 30 Day Shred after hearing so much talk about it on here! Just haven't had time to do it yet.
