Guest guest
Daisy, there are lots of kettlebell workouts you can do on YouTube with some searching. Kettlebells are an incredible, versatile workout tool! Have you looked for Kettleworx used on Ebay?
Guest guest
Keep going, Daisy, this is great!!! finally started on my exercise routine My friend never came through with the dvd's. Oh well,it's not like I don't have any to use anyways. I came across a kettle bell workout that I though I'd be able to handle and started with that on Sunday. I workout every other day doing 1 cicuit (there's 8 exercises in a circuit with 3 circuits in all ) and that's all I'm able to do right now. It's easy but tough-for me! I plan to do the 1 circuit one more time, then next week, I plan to try and do 2 and so forth and so on until I work my way up doing all 3,5 days a week. I still want the kettle worx dvd's but it's so expensive!! I went to a fitness equipment re-sale shop thinking it may be cheaper to get it there, OMG, they sold everything at new prices!!!! and some of the equipment were worn out!! One of my thighs is still sore but the other is perfectly fine! I feel like I can do 2 now but better just wait and stay on schedule and give my legs a little more recovery time. After just a couple of days of working out, I felt as if I was skipping out on my workouts. I have to remind myself (several times a day) today is rest day and that I'm not skipping out on my workouts. Today is rest day but I feel as if I should be working out.LOL I am going to continue on with this plan and work my way to working out 5 days a week. Hopefully I'm not being overly ambitious All I can do is try. D
Guest guest
I haven't looked on line at all for it,but it has been suggested to me to try there by others as well. How would I be able to tell what condition the dvd's are in before I buy?? D
Guest guest
You would just have to ask the seller... read the descriptions... good luck! Guest guest
Is there a way to tell reputable sellers from the unsavory kind?? D
Guest guest
Read the feedback others have given. It can be a gamble sometimes but PayPal will give you a refund if you are in the right and the seller is in the wrong in the case of a dispute. Is there a way to tell reputable sellers from the unsavory kind?? D
