Guest guest
Hi Dena, I wish you luck. I begged and pleaded with Jim's doctor to request an evaluation from Hospice for Jim, with reluctance the doctor finally wrote a request for a Hospice evaluation, telling me Jim was not 6 months terminally ill, but Hospice did come to the house to evaluate Jim and I played every angle of how much demands and needs Jim is and I can't do this alone and she went back in the bedroom to see him, he was in bed at the time. She asked if he could sit up, he could not on his own, but with assistance did fine and she said he did not qualify, because he was not bedridden. If you have better results, let me know what they saw for qualifications. Thanks, Jan --- Dena LEAVITT wrote: > Dear Stevie and Jan > > I just called hospice with the number you gave me > Stevie.
