Good morning all, I am in a rush out the door right now. this morning I did Kathy Great Buns & Thighs step workout. This is a different one than her regular step workout. This one is more focused on toning than on cardio. It is about 50 minutes altogether. I liked it, but not as much as her other step workout. My legs are still hurting, I wish I knew why, not as much as before, but still. Maybe tomorrow I will do some upper body work. Have an awesome day my friends.
