Hi all, it is now 10:00 PM here and I just finished up the little bit of exercise I did today. I didn't do much. I am still trying to work my way thru my virgin workouts and get a sticker on the completed ones. Today I did a yoga one. I know I hate yoga so I don't know why I even have these, I keep trying to like them but I just don't. Today I did Sara Ivanhoe's 20 minute yoga makeover for weight loss. I had to keep laughing while she was talking as she kept on saying to move your arms to get your heart rate up, I never felt at any time my heart rate go up during this 20 minutes. I really don't get the whole point of yoga, but I'm sure there is one. I doubt I'll ever do this one again but then who knows. I'm sure I did some of the poses wrong. At the end she said we had to cool down to get our heart rate back down (the one that was never up to begin with). I feel like it was a waste of time, but at least it is another virgin to cross off my huge list. After that I did the long version of Strong Knees. I don't know if this actually helps my knees or not, but at least I do enjoy the stretch portion. I have done this one several times now. My new Jari, Revved to the Max arrived in todays mail. I previewed it, it looks good, but hard. I may do this one tomorrow if I wake up with lots of energy. It doesn't have all that crazy cardio crap in it that the last one had. This one uses a step with two risers and dumbells only. I think I will like this one. I also previewed the Firm video that uses a balance trainer, it is called skills, drills and thrills. If I don't do the Jari tomorrow I will do this one. It looks good, my balance is really terrible so I will probably fall off a million times. I ate about a million calories yesterday so I should have worked my butt off today but I didn't, I was lazy. Good nite all, even though most of you are already sleeping by the time I am writing this.
