What Would Benefit My Son?

My son will be diagnosed on the 25th of this month, my speech and language

therapist (which Ive met twice!!!) believes he is Autistic, he has quite a lot

of words, lots of echolalia and lots of phrases he has remembered eg " come on

lets go " " on the toilet " " can I have ... " and his favorite " wheres the remote?

My son is 3yrs 10months and will be starting a mainstream school in Sept, but

what I would like to know is what kind of home help should I be getting him,

like I said he has seen the speech and language girl twice, and we wont see her

for another 6 weeks, I have a sencan girl that visits Franco for an hour every

Wednesday, but I just dont feel this is enough, can anyone please help me or

give me some ideas as to what help, classes, groups etc I should be looking into

for Franco. Like I say he has language, I would love to bring the best of this

out for him.
