Guest guest Posted April 7, 2011 Report Share Posted April 7, 2011 Today I did Kathy 's Step Workout again. This time I did it with two sets of risers. This one is going back on the shelf now. I am trying to work my way thru all my beginner, and intermediate step workouts in order to prepare myself for the harder ones that are sitting on my shelf. I am going to do them the first time thru with one riser and then again with two sets of risers, once I get it down with no problems I will move on to the next one. I still have a ton of harder Cathe's on the shelf that I am very scared of, but I will be attempting them soon I hope. Maybe in a month or two. Have a great day all, my boss is not in today so maybe I can sneak and read my emails from work today. I don't have a real plan for my workouts -- right now I'm just trying to get back to working out at all! (I told my chiropractor is that I have a 52 year old body but a 25 year old's spirit!
