Guest guest
Mine were really heavy (not quite like that though) for most of a year and now, I think, they might be starting to get lighter. The only problem is that they're also starting to come closer together too. I'll find out about this month soon though. I was on Tamoxifen for 5 years and for some premenopausal women, it throws them into menopause at least temporarily. I didn't have any of that but I did have super erratic periods after being super regular forever. I've been off it for 2 years next month and in the first year, I didn't know what to expect but everything went back to normal for a while, then it started going really heavy and now whatever it is doing. I've decide I must be doing the perimenopausal thing at this point because the chemicals have been out of my body for so long (and I just turned 44). I loved being back to my normal "regular like clockwork" cycle and am really not loving being back to the whenever however thing. Re: Does anyone here have Body Gospel? I have the the basic set and like it. The religious part of it and the music is not preachy just uplifting, there is also the option to bring the music forward, which is nice. I believe the longest workout is about 45 min (don't quote me on that) but none are overly long. I haven't done the complete 30 day rotation yet but I do plan on doing it sometime this year. Vennitta And, can you talk me out of it? (or maybe talk me into it - it sounds so fun and positive!) I just read a nice review of it at VideoFitness and now, I have this urge....... I know, I know, I'm on a no-buy and have no business looking at this stuff! Donna
