I wasn't feeling like doing a thing but a few minutes in I felt much better. Throughout the workout kept saying how this intensity was would help break through a plateau, made me start thinking about adding daily power walks to my next rotation. 45 PF 5 Core Fusion Late evening - don't know why I didn't do this tomorrow but it felt good, now I must go to be 20 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 3/26/2011 Sat 6 WAH The Big Burn Morning - this is a 2 mile walk/run(ish) workout. I didn't sweat much but I did get a nice AM cardio workout. 30 QF Total Cardio Kick Evening - this Quick Fix video is led by Janis Saffel there are a total of 4 - 10 minute kickboxing workouts, 1) Upper Body focus, 2) Lower Body focus, 3) Core focus and a bonus 4) Total Body. Janis takes the time to explain the moves which slows everything down but I really liked. Compared to 10 Minute Solution Knockout Body this is less intense and doesn't have as full a cool-down; what I like better about QF is the countdown clock and background exercisers, one that modifies. My guess is that advanced exerciser wouldn't like this except maybe for recovery and I stress maybe, I can find use for this and will intergrate it into my routines regularly. 40 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 3/27/2011 Sun 7 ExerciseTV Bootcamp Body Makeover - Beginner Amy Dixon – even though this is a beginner workout with heavier lbs and bigger moves you should get a good workout out of this, I liked it so much I downloaded it J. 20 ExerciseTV KBC (Kickbox, Booty & Core) Yco – You might know her from Jillian s’ 30 Day Shred, she’s the advanced version one. While this was effective it was a a little disjointed, her cueing leaves some to be desired, the cool-down was weak but since the download was only $1.99 I bought it anyway. Oh, the kickboxing was so-so as far as choreography 20 ExerciseTV Kickbox Amy Dixon – I like this kickboxing video more than KBC and I’ve taken a liking to Amy Dixon (I wish her DVDs weren’t so expensive, I’ll look out for sales or resales of her vids). I liked the choreography and cool-down better. 20 ExerciseTV Big Day Bootcamp Teri Ann Krefting – Teri Ann is the stiff smiley one from TheFIRM vids but I’m okay with her and this workout.
