I got 6.5 hours in this week and they were intense hours so I'm happy!  I realize I only had one day off so guess what?  I'm probably going to take today off and enjoy my Sunday being a bump on a log and I confess, shamefully, that some caebernet will feature into the picture later on :)  Next Sunday is my very first 10K, so I will run 3 miles on Tuesday and Thursday.  Tomorrow is Kettlebells - I watched Bob Harper's Kettlebell Sculpted Body and it looks GOOD and HARD!  I can't wait to try it after work tomorrow!  I'll probably do the recumbent bike during lunch at the Sweat Shop.
