Guest guest
The best method is to pull SLOWLY. It is speed that causes the single strap to move the X-5 around. .. Subject: X5 straps "drifting"To: bullworkerclub Date: Tuesday, September 7, 2010, 9:45 AM Does anyone have any tips oh how to keep the X5 balanced when using full range (outer 2 only) straps? The body of the X5 moves around changing the angle and kind of messes the exercise up. Can't seem to find a way to use the outer straps for full range without the body of the device moving around. Any tips would be great..thanks.
Guest guest
There is a way to pull the outer straps without the Bullworker slide. The method is to first position the straps so the strap connecting joint is down as far as it can go on the inner strap. Then grasp the outer strap just above the meeting point of the outer grip and inner bar furthest away from the inner connecting joint and pull. The Bullworker will stay in place. > > > > Does anyone have any tips oh how to keep the X5 balanced when using full range (outer 2 only) straps?
