The concept is relevant to the Steel Bow, which given its variable springs and strength grades, allows a comparable routine. By substituting the Steel Bow for the Bullworker, I've avoided the tendenitous that now attends Bullworker use in my middle years, while getting a pump from high rep isotonic exercises and a comparable isometric workout from the isomotion routines -- both with the lighter of the Steel Bow's three springs. > > Irvin > I have one on order and really looking to giveing the steelbow work outs a go how did you find the chart and DVD info that come with this product! Both were informative. > > > > > > I'm enclosing the following link to an article about the benefits of lighter weight, higher rep weight lifting. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1302415/Want-bulging-muscles-Why-light\ er-weights-key-pumping-iron.html.
