Guest guest Posted April 9, 2011 Report Share Posted April 9, 2011 I woke up sore from Ripped & Chiseled this morning but am getting more and more sore by the hour. LOVE IT! Back, triceps and butt are especially sore. I just made some healthy easy to make muffins. 1 cup eggwhites (around 7 eggs' worth) + 1 cup oatmeal flour or you can get ish Oats already grinded at the bulk section depending where you shop. Whir together and pour into a muffin tin sprayed with Trader Joe's fat free olive oil spray or whatever equivalent you have. I got 5 cupcake spots full and plunked in blackberries and baked at 350 for 30-40 minutes and toward the end put on a tad of Smart Squeeze fake butter on top as a glaze. They taste good! I didn't add any sugar so they are a bit on the tart side but you could add some stevia or something if you wanted. All in all I'm very happy with these and will make them again!
