's Tuesday workout

I just finished up doing Workout 1 of MB45 Essentials. This arrived in the mail yesterday and I previewed it last nite. I watched the exercises and the beginner workouts but they looked too easy. I also previewed workout 1 and it looked great so that's what I did this morning. I totally loved this workout. I used a 12 lb. kettlebell for most of it which was too light so I will try the 15 next time. I did use a 7 lb. though for the 1/2 get ups, I may try a 10 for these next time. This workout was right at 30 minutes. I did the warm up section of this as well, I don't think it has a cool down, I didn't notice one. And this guy sure ain't too hard on the eyes either. I can't wait to try workout 2. I have decided that I just so totally love kettlebells, I am having guilt feelings as I have so many other virgin workouts that I need to do though. I will have to try and fit them in somewhere as I go along. Have a great day everyone.
