Info on the FREE DAY

I have been using the FREE DAY for the the last 4 months or so. I used

to never use a free day on a weekly basis, it was maybe once a month.

But, I love sweets and junk food so now I cheat once a week just like

the BFL program says to. My FREE DAY does not feel like a free day

though, it is more like an all out BINGE day. I follow the diet to the

letter during the week so I should reward myself, but why do I feel so

guilty. I have not put on any exess fat and I look and feel better

than I ever have. But I think that on my free day I overdo it way to

much, and that it could be unhealthy. Of course I dont mean to overeat

until I already have. Why should I be feeling this way? HELP!!!
