Today is my first official day and I worked on upper body. I feel that

it did not do much for me. I am going by the sheet and planned my

exercises ahead of time. Just seems like it is not enough for me.

I was also wondering do we need to count our carbs and Protein or is it

all by portions size?

My husband is doing the program also but not getting into the contest.

Should we be eating the same amount of foods or should he eat more of

one thing since he needs to put on weight?
