Guest guest Posted December 14, 1999 Report Share Posted December 14, 1999 , ...please tell me the color is okay...I'm addicted to it...smile You guys are too great...here is my program that I will stick to for the next 12 weeks...I am doing this right now--no time like the present...you all inspired me to do it now...thank you EATING..as per BFL except I will allow myself an extra carb every other day and just have 3 free ones on my free day. CARDIO 5-6 hours a week TRAINING BY THE BOOK as always except ABS WILL BE 5-6 days/week here's my progress thus far: Sept 29 1999 December 1999 Lower body Quads leg press 160lbs-190lbs 170 -190lbs (I'm afraid to hit 200lbs) leg exten. 40 80lbs Hamstrings sitting leg curls 40-70lbs 60-90lbs lying leg curls 20-40 35-50lbs Calves sitting(seated) 40-50 65-95lbs standing 40-60 up to 120lbs upper body... I do so many machines and free weights so I won't put them all down but basically I have increased my strength from 5-12.5 lbs to 8-15lbs with the free weights 30-50 lbs to 55-80lbs I'm currently trying to be able to do the same amount on every machine, I think that's why I have slowed down on some of the machines...maybe I should just keep going....what do you guys think? I'd like to see some of your numbers for added motivation etc...kind of makes me push harder, though I know to be careful but it's a goal...who know.....
