Sorry 'Dweeb' but we couldn't resist the debate...

Unlike many others, the BW is the ONLY method of

building/toning that I use so I KNOW THAT IT WORKS.

I suspect that the Author is a quitter who has not been using it

properly. I haven't read anywhere of the BW claiming to increase

flexibility, and probably the hardening and toning of the muscles

does make them less flexible, therefore yoga or other stretching

will probably COMPLEMENT the VERY SHORT BW WORKOUT.

Personally, I don't do any...

The fact that we don't hear of many International sportspersons

using the BW is probably more down to our recent debate on

how it is marketed rather than any failings with results.
