Guest guest
We are having the typical issues that go with launching a new program. Product combination & choosing which exercises will be on the chart. There will not be a DVD with this inital release. The chart will be sold separately ($12 total). It will also be included with the purchase the new Bow product (all I can mention at this time). The program will consist of a "blend' between Isotonic & Iso-Motion exercises. At any time, the user is able to stop in the movement and utilize an Isometric hold. This program evolved and "morphed" from the total Steel-Bow routine currently being offered. The goal was to develop still another facet to the STFE (Strength, Tone, Flexibility, Endurance) concept. Core body strength benefits greatly from this program. The biggest surprise for me was the continued fitness level I maintained despite incurring a very troublesome wrestling injury last spring. The power isometric exercises were no longer possible at that time, which resulted in the development of a dynamic routine that exceeds my initial expectations. It may never draw in the "isometric purists" but even that term is a misnomer with a Boworker. For those with an open mind, the results this program delivers may supersede the other Bow exercises as their primary routine... which is a fairly strong statement from one who benefited so well from the SatHm program. On the reverse side will be the Sit-at-Home routine, of which many individuals have requested a hard copy of in printed format. This is still Gert Kolbel's best-kept secret for BW routines. Never before have I ever benefited so much from a routine that emphasized the count over the level of the resistance... it truly represented a "build it; they will come" routine. It was like watching a plant grow in the results. Never before had I had "end reps" so soft, add up to so much. Outside of the arm curls, it works with any BW. Maybe not as smooth, but the movement is still there. Respectfully, Boworker From: johnfult <johnfultyahoo (DOT) co.uk>Subject: Re: Tensolator ad. - amazing claims ... AND MORETo: bullworkerclub@ yahoogroups. comDate: Thursday, May 21, 2009, 3:26 AM Hi Graham,It kinda clears things up but kinda doesn't...Loads of reps targetted at the ABS won't just get lost into an overall body fat reduction, they will effect MAINLY THE ABS.Now if that's not spot-reduction then maybe we need to call it something else? Also, you did say that your main goal was waist reduction rather than just wanting 'not to be so fat anymore'.Having just read all the posts most people seem to agree that these reps have some beneficial effect. Someone suggested that it may just LOOK as though the fat has reduced, and for many people this may be enough!Sounds to me like a classic one of Mr (Sir?) ' does it work rather than WHY...REgards,Fult.> > > > > > > > > > > > From: Graham Croston <grahamcroston@ >> > > > Subject: Tensolator ad. - amazing claims> > > > To: bullworkerclub@ yahoogroups. com> > > > Date: Sunday, May 17, 2009, 3:09 AM> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi, looking through eBay I came across this U.S. ad for the Tensolator from 1969: http://cgi.ebay. co.uk/1969- ROCKY-GRAZIANO- Tensolator- Vintage-Ad- Boxing-Ads_ W0QQitemZ2203114 27122QQcmdZViewI temQQptZUS_ SM_Fan_Shop? hash=item2203114 27122#ebayphotoh osting> > > > > > > > I've no idea how to copy this to the archives here, nor any idea how long it will stay on eBay so I'd suggest looking at it soon if you're at all curious.> > > > > > > > What do you think of the claims made - especially on the waist-trimming?> > > > > > > > Personally I'd say waist-trimming is one thing isos aren't much good for. > > > > > > > > After 4 months persistence with the BW I note that despite feeling some good effects and seeing improvement in the look of my upper body and thighs, the tape measure tells me I have neither gained nor lost an inch (apart from a quirky increase of @ 2" on my thighs which I put down to inconsistent measurements) .> > > > > > > > In the end I decided to buy myself a rowing machine. Guest guest
, your enthusiasm is infectious... I haven't read or tried your sit-at-home routine, basically 'cos I'm an old stick-in-the-mud, but it sounds like it may be similar to what I do already. Would it be possible for you to briefly summarise part of the routine, say for the ABS?
