Guest guest Posted March 19, 2011 Report Share Posted March 19, 2011 Well I only got 4 hours of workouts in this week, but they were pretty intense so I'm happy with this. My triceps are sore from yesterday and that feels good! Tomorrow I really should run 5 miles BUT I got Turbo Kick Round 44 yesterday. I have all the choreo on my white board and am ready to do it to the cd and would like to do that tomorrow for cardio instead. I can always run at work on Monday, and I miss working out at Studio LouLou! Maybe I should try running with the group that meets at Nike Town after work on Monday?
