Well I only got 4 hours of workouts in this week, but they were pretty intense so I'm happy with this.  My triceps are sore from yesterday and that feels good!

Tomorrow I really should run 5 miles BUT I got Turbo Kick Round 44 yesterday.  I have all the choreo on my white board and am ready to do it to the cd and would like to do that tomorrow for cardio instead. I can always run at work on Monday, and I miss working out at Studio LouLou! 

Maybe I should try running with the group that meets at Nike Town after work on Monday?  I think they are more advanced than me but who knows, maybe there will be other new slower runners there too?

Tomorrow is Kettlebells - I watched Bob Harper's Kettlebell Sculpted Body and it looks GOOD and HARD! I can't wait to try it after work tomorrow! I'll probably do the recumbent bike during lunch at the Sweat Shop. Here's to a new week of workouts!
