Hi - this is more for me to see what i have done this week:Sunday - rest day (but worked out on Saturday instead - bike & stretch)

Monday - Firm Express Turbocharge Sculpt & Kickstart your metabolism & the add-on ab work (maybe a stretch, too??? - actually, I think I did some Pilates - leg work and stretch......)

Tuesday - Ford's Step by Step & Slim & Limber Stretch

Wed - Firm Express Turbocharge Cardio & Sculpt, 2 segments from 10 min solution kettlebell, Pilates total body & stretch segment

Thurs - Firm Express Turbocharge Cardio, 30 min on the Treadmill, 10 min solution resitance band stretch

Friday - Firm Sculpt-ilates & Long outdoor walk

I may try to sneak a stretch in today - but I'm feeling lazy this morning and have plans for later in the day.

Next week - hope to do this: (my last week of Firm Express - I made it for 90 days!!)

Sunday - Firm Express Turbocharge Sculpt & Add on (not sure what I will add on yet) & also planning another long outdoor walk

Monday - Ford's Salsa/Latin Step & Stretch (want to do another Ford to see if I should cave and order form her!)

Tuesday - Firm Express Turbocharge Cardio & Sculpt & Add On

Wed - I think this will be a rest day, my brother in law is spending Tuesday night with us - so I will be banished from the basement, I may do a classical stretch upstairs, though!Thurs - Firm Express Turbocharge Cardio & Add on Cardio & stretch/Pilates

Friday - May do Freytag's Exercise TV workout plus my long outdoor walk

Following week, I'm thinking I'll do a recovery week and then will start S90. I would like to preview the weight workouts from S90 so I can make up some worksheets so I can record my weights. I can do it the first time through each DVD, though, if I don't get to it beforehand.
