Guest guest
Since embarking on our TST journey, I have become more aware of how ability to breathe can impact on sleep. It all made sense to me, however often people I speak to want to know what medical research or evidence there was to support this. Dr mercola has released and interesting article on Sleep Apnea.. and the Central Apnea.. is the type which fits closest to my understanding of why a weak diaphragm can impact on sleep. and encourage restlessness too. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/05/21/dr-arthur-strauss-on-sleep-apnea.aspx Tracey
