The idea is to put all weight on front leg so I used one of my pods (See http://www.power-systems.com/p-2415-versasteps-tm.aspx). I lunged in same forward lunge position but balanced my back leg on this pod so I had all weight on front leg BUT did not torque knee!! I am getting creative..here are weights I decided since last time I would do those heavy ones I accidentally did last week but did all12 reps!!!sumo squat w. bicep curl 20lbslunge w 1 arm tricep ext. 15lbdead lift row 20lbsumo squat w. overhead tricep ext. 15lbdead lift w. double arm row 17.5lbmod. bowlers lunge w single arm row 15lbbicep curl w. abductor balance - 15lbforward lean lunge w. double row 20lbtriple threat push ups kneesyea me!then I followed this with about 30min of snowshoveling.. for a little added cardiojudy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
