Workout 6 of 12: Back and Biceps with Noel

I had a lovely back and bicep workout tonite. Nothing out of the ordinary to relate this time, we did 4 back machines and 2 bicep machines, with the usual pyramid drill on one of them.  My chest and triceps are very sore from Tuesday, so I imagine tomorrow my entire upper body will be toast. 

I'm really looking forward to teaching Turbo Sport 3 tomorrow at the Sweat Shop!  I memorized the turbo section on the bus ride to Fitness and the other sections are already memorized.  I'll just have there, but I'm hoping that onlookers will join in.  The more the merrier, and because I'm an egomaniac it would be nice to be even more known throughout the company that I'm the kickboxer chick, the Turbo Girl, Fitness pep talk person at Standard Insurance Company.

I'll of course let you all know how this goes tomorrow!
