Guest guest Posted March 30, 2011 Report Share Posted March 30, 2011 I did Cathe's gym style legs today for the second week now. (60 mins) Great workout. I also did Bob Harpers 10 min glute challenge (which is nothing after doing Cathe's leg dvd's with weights! I am going to do the challenge with weights next time.) Walked for an hour.
