Guest guest Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Posted March 2, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today was Firm Express TurboCharge Sculpt - my last time dong this one in for this rotation. I feel that I have improved with it - so I guess it is time to move on! Afterwards I added on Pilates w/ Mari Winsor - one of the shape ones, but not the one w/ the bands. I did the arms segment (but added weights - Mari's group just used body weight - which was fine for the planks and such but not for the rest of it), the abs/core segment and the leg segment (love Mari's floowork and the side series always makes my hips feel freer).
