Now that is what I call motivation Craiger.I did Ok My first 2 days but

this morning was awsome. My partner and I are following the BFL work-out

program and we had a great work -out.We worked all night and then we

pushed ourselves to do our work-out today>we were both tired but by the

end I was also ________ i'm not sure of the word I want to use >it is

this feeling that I accomplished something today .I climbed a mountain

figuratvely speeking. You see after working all night we usually came up

with an excuse why we would do it tomorrow. Not thi morning ,nothing was

going to stop us from completing the whole routine.I have a new reason

for finishing the challenge now.Last night a girl I work with ask me

about what I was doing .I told her a little but I know that when she

sees the results I'm going to make I'll be able to show her what

works. It seems to me that the people I work with are looking for a

solution in a pill or a simple diet.We know that that is not it don't

we.There is no quick fix to the problem .A person must learn to change

their life style not for 12 weeks but for life.I keep wondering why

someone would think they could find an answer in a bottle, and then I

rember I have looked there myself.....I hope youn are all staring out

with the fire that I have found. If not it's time to look and see what is

the obstacle in your way and we'll all help you move it...TERESA

LIFE IS 10% OF WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU AND 90% HOW YOU RESPOND TO IT.

Regarding splitting your shakes; don't forget that not only are you splitting

the calories but you are also splitting the carbs, the protein and all the

other nutrients. Be sure to add all that up and make sure you are getting

enough of these if you split you shakes. Just a though.
