Guest guest
Stacey, You must be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day either. These things take time. You did not get out of shape in a day and it takes a few weeks to see a lot of improvement. But believe me, you are making changes to you body each and every day. You are just not noticing it. I think most people who take the challenge find that someone else notices the change before they do. Hang in there. You are getting it! ~ Laury
Guest guest
Ok Stacey girl, this is your Commanding Officer talking, so listen up! I say this with love....obviously YOUR program doesn't work. You've been doing it all your life. Now that you see it doesn't work you think you might want to try someone else's program...and you can see by the before and afters of many people that it DOES work. So, tote your booty to the gym and do THE program anyway. If you don't do it, you can't say it failed you. Don't let me down. Don't let this group down. I'm willing to bet that you will SEE results in about 5 weeks. You are bigger than the laziness you feel. You are better than being destined to be a sloth. You have the power to change; you have to power to beat this! You need to dig deep and turn that negative energy and frustration into positive energy that will work for you...like I did today in the gym. I didn't want to go, I was pissed, so I took it out on the cardio machine. And DAMN didn't I do a great workout! One day at a time. Write out your meals for tomorrow. Write out your workout, what exercises, what weights. Then report back to the group tomorrow. I don't think you want to look us in the eye and tell us you didn't work out, so you better do it.
