Hi Sharon:

The diet works great. I have finished one 12 week stint and am in my

2nd. So far I have lost 17 pounds on the scale, far more than that in

total body fat loss (can't say precisely because I didn't get my

bodyfat tested correctly at the beginning). Also, go by bodyfat loss,

not scale weight because in one 8 week period I only lost 1 pound on

the scale and yet lost 5% bodyfat, which translated into 8 pounds of

bodyfat lost and almost 8 pounds of lean muscle mass gained. The

weight is still coming off. I eat 6 meals a day, a portion of protein

and a portion of carbs for every meal. I eat whatever I want to eat on

my free day, I don't stint at all. It works.
