I do that now. Every other day 100 Atlas pushups in the morning and 20 minutes of barbell squats. Odd days are the Bullworker " Secret Seven "

Could you tell me which exercises are the " Secret Seven " ? I've seen many

references to them online, but have been unable to figure out which ones they

are: the wall chart that came with my X5 doesn't say.

If you go to the files section of our group, there is a 2006 walchart you can download. It has the " Secret 7 " at the top. The instructions are a little off, but you will get it.

Remember that the body requires 48 hours of rest between exercises whether you're using the bullworker, isometrics, and isokinetics or dynamic body tension. If I want to work out every day, I divide the upper body and lower body or I'll do the bullworker for upper body and then I'll do the bullworker for lower body. Remember that Push ups are for the upper body and squats, calf raisers, leg extensions, leg curls, and mid section which is sit ups are for the lower body. You can divide the workout into upper body one day and lower body the next day. I hope this answers your question, if not please continue to ask questions. I've been working out all my life, well since I was 10 years old and now I'm 52 and still going strong!

For what its worth my opinion. The answer to many questions depends on who is the questioner.A very weak person might find that doing Bullworker training was too much, when followed by a day in which pushups are done.I am not convinced that there is a one size fits all answer to such questions.Sometimes the answer is perhaps surprisingly provided by oneself and not by others. For example if upon trying Bullworker training followed by a day of pressups you feel exhausted then you can conclude at at the moment your recovery is not sufficient to allow you to do this for the moment. The situation may not be set in stone however as in six months{hypothetically} you may be able to adopt such a procedure.Based on the obvious observation that not everyone is equal you may find you are able to adopt this procedure right from the start without any

problems. The key I believe is ongoing self observation throughout the course of your training no matter the modality. With regard to rest between training sessions 48 hours is often recommended in the world of weights. However much depends also upon the degree of intensity that you have used{whether Bullworker or not}.As you become stronger I have generally found you are able to make greater inroads into your recovery ability and hence recovery times between sessions may have to be modified as strength grows. In particular when doing exercises that involve large muscle groups, such as legs will make greater inroads upon recovery ability as energy loss is systemic to the body as a whole and not just to the muscle{s} being activated.Other factors which should always be considered from a concrete point of view{that is taking into consideration each individual rather than saying

I can do this or that so therefore you can} are age, general physical condition, physical type, background in exercise[and what type how long ago}.Rather a long answer I know ,but I would urge that a little careful experiment might answer your question better than any of us who do not know you.
