Went to the dr today....and its 100 degrees LOL

Hi guys,

I had to get up at about 6 this morning to head to drs. i went to his other

office which was a bit closer but i couldnt believe how hot it was getting

at 7am...and i was in a car with no ac UGH

Anyways, went to the dr and nothing really changed- same med dosages and

told to come back in october. he was upset to hear i got denied again but

said it is a hassle and hopefully soon i can get some medical coverage and

help that i am in need of.

Not too much is going on otherwise. I ended up coming home and taking a nap

and now im trying to think if i can get up and move around LOL.

I hope that everyone is doing ok with these high temps artound country!!
