Please, please email her and ask to include your symptoms in her study. thanks olsen Hello Olsen, I had filled out the questioner online for Dr. Beatrice Golomb a few months ago. I had learned of her study from the Dit boards. I also received papers from her to sign in the US mail to make these forms validated.
