Guest guest
I also have had bad back pain. Along the sides of my spine....mid back to low. The muscles just go nuts.....and cause much achy pain. The thing that works for me is to lay curled in a fetal position with a pillow between my knees. This always helps. When the worst of the pain is gone......then I try to do some stretches...... Advil's or Excedrin also help. As does heat and cold. Good luck. Jill Re: Backpain? For those of you with backpain, what do you do or take to make it beter? Thank you!stephen ottridge wrote: I just drink red wine now. As regards back hurting Ithink that for some of us the lowering of cholesterolaffects the sheathing of nerves, especially in thelower back. I wonder whether the talk of muscle painis more the effect on nerves and the nerves signallingthat something is wrong.
Guest guest
Jill, I will try that as my back is killing me since yesterday. A long time ago the dr. gave me some Celebrex, naturally that makes me sick to my stomach, what do you think about Celebrex? I don't want to add another problem to my allready problem ridden body....Thanks, Jillie wrote: I also have had bad back pain. Along the sides of my spine....mid back to low.
