As soon as I felt a tightness in my head, I breathed harder. In connection with the backache,would it matter if I keep my feet up on the bench DURING my upper body workout until I feel better? By the way, I have mirrored closets in my workout area and what I do to cheer myself on is stand facing them right in the middle with the doors closed.
