I just read recently that the acid reducers (like Nexium, the one I am supposed to be on but went off as soon as I read this ) will deplete the Co Q-10 from our bodies, too ! Les .

Greg, I'm very sorry to hear of your health problems, but

I'd really like to know *why* your Dr put you on Zocor;

was it because you had just had a MI (heart attack)?

or did he/she diagnose pre-existing CVD? or

just to *prevent* you from dying?

I am sorry Greg that you feel so bad..

I believe irritable bowel syndrome is one side effects I have that I

forgot to mention. Some of this stuff started while I was taking the

Lipotor and some seems to be getting worse since I have been off the

pill...............

Hi Les,

I sure was not aware of this. I took Nexium for several months and now take Prevacid. I do suffer with reflux.
