jan this is a wonderful idea, i idid that when my well paid lawyer was

screwing' around on my soc sec check, because they get 1/3 of it when you

finally reciieve your check, when i contacted the sensators office i had my

2/3 of a check in less than 2 weeks after waiting 6 months with my lawyer,

Jan, don't know if this is helpful but if I were in your shoes I would

call your local politician and inform them about the lack of help you

are getting. They need our votes and a good politician will have their

staff assit you. I've done this in the past with tricky situations in

my life with good results.
