Try reading, watching a movie while lying down Valerian root is an herbal

remedy you could look inot. It is calming. Melatonin also is an herbal

sleep aid. Talk to your doctor. Also, a nice relazing bath with dim lights,

not much sound can make you drowsy. NO caffine after noon. Hope you get some
