I just started on Monday but followed the diet the week before to see

how it was going to be. Well when I got on the scale I gained two lbs.

What the heck is going on. I do not want to lose a lot of weight but I

sure do not want to gain any.

I am eating exactly like the book says.

Any ideas,

BTW.. I am still looking for a coach, any takers?
