Hello everyone,

Most of you are on your free day today and planning week #2. I’m sure you are

as excited as I am about this process and I just wanted to check-in and make

sure everyone is on track. For those of you who had a fantastic first week, I

congratulate you on your success! For those of you who didn’t have a very

good first week (like me), you deserve an extra congratulations because you

not only got through it in one piece, but hopefully you have learned

something also and, of course, you are stilling following through with your

commitment to yourself, to your team and to the program. Anyone with

concerns, questions, gripes or success stories, please email me – I answer

ALL of my emails everyday. Also, anyone who hasn’t received the Excel

Workbook, just email me with a request at TYLERMICHAEL2000@...

I’m sure that during the course of your first week, you discovered that

everything doesn’t always go exactly the way you planned. Many times, even

the best laid plans can fall apart. But our ability to troubleshoot in these

situations – no matter how great or small – will uncover our true character

over the course of the next 11 weeks.

Now that most of you have had your first “test run†of the Body for Life, it

may help to look at the program from a slightly larger perspective. You see,

from my experience, I learned that the Body for Life program is really an

exercise in overcoming the obstacle course of life. By overcoming any and

every obstacle EVERY SINGLE DAY (for 84 days) in order to get your proper

exercise, nutrition and supplementation, you are learning how to overcome all

of the larger obstacles that could ever come between you and your dreams.

By now, you have made your decision. You have committed and you have focused

to this physique transformation goal. You are keeping a daily journal and

following the Power Mindset principles; you’re beginning to truly believe in

your goal. You’re tapping into this faith and I encourage you to keep going

in that direction. You spent countless hours planning your program and your

first week was ___________!!!

You came down with the flu. Your spouse is being completely unsupportive and

making fun of you. You try to explain the program to your co-workers but you

know they think you’re crazy and they’re whispering about you in the

bathroom. The weights you chose to begin were FAR too heavy for you and you

feel discouraged. Or worse, the weights were too LIGHT and you didn’t feel a

thing! The people in your gym are telling you that Body for Life doesn’t work

and that Bill is just trying to market his products and make money.

Its hard finding the time to prepare your meals and pack your lunches for

work. You have a difficult and unstable schedule. You don’t like the taste of

the supplements. You are having a very difficult time getting used to eating

6 meals a day or drinking enough water. You’re afraid the countless bathroom

visits will cost you your job because you DO drink enough water! A close

friend or family member may be ill - or worse - this week.

While some of these things may sound serious (and others downright silly),

all of them are very real, very valid obstacles. If you had a good week this

week, you have probably begun to feel some slight changes in your mindset. If

you have been planning the way Bill outlines in Body for Life, you

are beginning to tap into the Power Mindset and let me tell you:

THIS…IS…JUST….THE…BEGINNING! You ain’t seen nothing yet! So I

encourage you

to continue doing the same. As you continue to plan this way, it becomes much

easier to swerve when we come upon a hurdle in the middle of the day or week.

One of the things that the daily repetition of staying in the Power Mindset

teaches us is how to always get back to it. Once you’ve mastered it, there is

no going back. Even if you stumble and or even fall off your path, you cannot

unlearn something so powerful.

So if you get sick, rest and start right back on track when you can. Don’t

look back. Its not important – except to learn. If there are people in your

life who don’t understand or are not supportive, I suggest you protect

yourself right now. There will come a time for you to spread the light that

you’ve acquired, but please focus now on YOUR transformation. During my

program, I found that after trying to share my excitement with others and

being met with nervous smiles and nods, I kept it to myself until my mind and

spirit were strong enough to share Body for Life and give it the justice it

deserves. Protect yourself for now…their turn will come. You’ve got an

incredibly supportive community right here, online…turn to us for now.

That’s what we’re here for.

Major or minor, adversity strikes us all. We are building a foundation that

will allow us to eventually handle EVERYTHING that comes our way. Remember,

though, that our minds right now are still very fragile. Any doubts that

others may present to you about EAS, Body for Life or Bill are

within your power to entertain or not. Please don’t allow yourself to

entertain negative thoughts of “What if…?†They will do you NO good and

can

only sabotage the journey you have begun. You KNOW that this is all real.

Body for Life works. Bill (and many more people in this community)

is ABSOLUTELY doing this to truly help people change and take control of

their lives. Once you’ve walked down this road, you will understand why.
