Guest guest
I could really use some prayer right now. Our dog Honey has been having some health issues. Things really took a turn for the worse yesturday. I came home from work a little while ago and she is not doing well. I am on my way to the vet right now. We will most likely have to put her to sleep. I am in tears over this. Please pray for a safe travel as I go to the vets and for my trip home. It will be very difficult for me emotionally. Guest guest
, If you speak from your heart, you will be fine in front of all those people. You are a very spiritual woman, and perhaps this is God's purpose for you. Maybe your words can help heal those who are suffering. There might be a couple of women in the audience who are considering getting implants who decide against it because of your experiences. There might be some women in the audience who have implants and who are sick but don't realize it's because of the implants. I always felt that if I changed just one woman's mind about getting implants, then it would all be worth it, and I know I've changed more than one woman's mind, so I'm thankful I could help someone avoid this roller coaster ride. Good luck, and my prayers are with you! Sis > > Good Day Ladies! > > I have been asked by my pastor to speak at this weekends services about living with a chronic illness. He is doing a 4 week series on things that can steal our identities and how the church community can support them. Last week he did one on divorce, this weekend will be chronic illnesses. I have been asked to speak about my life and living with my pain everyday. I am not sure if I will have time to go into the cause to my pain, but I will try to slide it it in if I can. There will be a panel of two others and myself. He sometimes does his services like a talk show. We will be sitting on the stage in sofas and discussing our lives. I was also asked to recommend any books he can suggest to the church. I recommended As Silver Refined by Kay Arthur, and The Great Physicians Rx for Health and Wellness. I have been told these books will be on stage during the services. I am asking for prayer because I have never spoken in public before and am very nervous. We have > a pretty large church that is growing very fast. We have three packed services every Sat night, and twice on Sunday. And, also it is put in DVD and played at coffee houses throughout my town on Wed. nights. With this I have the ability to speak to 4-5 thousand people in one weekend. I can already feel Satan trying to keep me from my full potential. I pray God uses me in this to reach those who suffer from any chronic disorders. > > Also on that same note, I have started working with a gal at church to organize a support system for those of us who are suffering from chronic illnesses. Guest guest
Dear , Your heart is in the right place -- trust that and all will be well. I sometimes ask Spirit to hold my hand when I'm scared or really nervous, you know, like when you were a small child and holding a parent's or grandparent's hand was so comforting? We're all God's children and he is always there, holding our hearts -- and our hands when we ask. You're doing a wonderful, memorable service for others. Guest guest
---Prayer is on the go! We are an active prayer circle here at the Bible College where my son attends school. You have been added to the prayer list. I think it's wonderful that you are participating and reaching out to help others. We need to expose the truth and lies in the medical arena. God bless your endeavors!
